Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in general nursing
- Valid practicing certificate as a registered nurse
- Diploma in midwifery
- Diploma in community nursing/ degree in nursing and any other additional relevant qualifications will be an added advantage
- At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the provision of high quality nursing and proper management of disease conditions
- Supervise and monitor staff performance
- Implementation of policies at clinic level
- Manage health information at local level
- Ensure that all nursing departments operate efficiently and effectively
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Principal Nursing Officer
